Sausage and Pepper Stromboli

Sausage and Pepper Stromboli

I’ve been making Sausage and Pepper Grinders for awhile now and decided I wanted to try something different. This came out delicious and perfect if you’re a fan but don’t want to do the usual.  Continue reading “Sausage and Pepper Stromboli”

Garlic Bread Meatball Sub

Garlic Bread Meatball Sub

If there is one thing I have an absolute weakness for it’s garlic bread. Crispy bread, melted butter and garlic. So simple but so delicious. If I’m craving some quick, I usually make a few slices of Texas Toast with some of my homemade sauce and it’s a few minutes of heaven. I love homemade garlic bread though and this recipe is an amazing way to have some garlic bread with a favorite. The meatballs come out very flavorful and mixed with the sauce and melted cheese, it’s perfection!  Continue reading “Garlic Bread Meatball Sub”

Chili Lime Chicken Thighs

Since my recipe for Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs gained steam I decided to try another marinade and see if I can recreate the magic with Chili Lime Chicken Thighs. These cooked up so well! The skin was super crispy but the meat was flavorful and tender. If you like a little spice, this is the recipe to try.  Continue reading “Chili Lime Chicken Thighs”

Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes

Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes

I’ve had an idea to make these since I made my Twice Baked Potatoes and they turned out so delicious. I knew they could be amazing with sweet potatoes too. These are so yummy! I wanted to write this up before Thanksgiving but decided that Christmas dinner would be a great time to put this up. They bake up nice and soft and mix perfectly with the marshmallows. This would be great with your holiday dinner! I got rave reviews at Thanksgiving and knew I had to make them again.  Continue reading “Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes”

French Bread Pizza

French Bread Pizza

To say I love pizza is an understatement. I grew up right outside New Haven, CT. If you have ever wandered onto Food Network or Travel Channel you know that New Haven is the birthplace of some amazing pizza so I’ve grown up eating the best. I do make my own pizza (check it out here) but this version is great if you just want a quick pizza at home. The crust gets super crispy and sturdy so you can load it up with a ton of toppings, this is perfect if you love a pizza with a lot on it. This is a great recipe to make with kids since they can help without burning themselves and can make a pizza they will eat.  Continue reading “French Bread Pizza”
