Easy Pork Marinade

I love recipes that are easy to throw together and this recipe for an Easy Pork Marinade is just that. This recipe has ingredients that I always have on hand so it’s a perfect last minute dinner solution. If you want to plan ahead and have your pork marinate even longer, you can also do that but this adds flavor no matter how long you let it sit. It also gives a nice char to the chops so you can really enjoy this. I made this with my Roasted Red Potatoes and a side of green beans. Continue reading “Easy Pork Marinade”

Caramelized Pork

I scored at the grocery store and ended up with a ton of pork butt for a great price. Now I had to figure out what to do with it. I could do the classic Pulled Pork but I wanted to switch it up. I had seen caramelized pork with a more Asian twist but as I am not super knowledgeable in Asian themed cooking, I mixed it up and tried it out my way. I didn’t have fish sauce or coconut water but I used some chili powder and garlic to give the meat some flavor to blend with the sweet caramel. These came out tender with a nice sticky coating.  Continue reading “Caramelized Pork”

Honey Balsamic Pulled Pork

Holy cow the sauce on this Honey Balsamic Pulled Pork is so delicious! It’s thick and syrupy and gives the pork so much flavor! The sauce complimented the pork well and made me want to savor every bite! If you have trouble finding balsamic vinegar, I recommend this version here. It’s a quality brand without breaking the bank. If you are planning on impressing everyone but don’t want to spend a lot of time cooking, this recipe is perfect since the crockpot does most of the work, you just get to simmer an amazing sauce!  Continue reading “Honey Balsamic Pulled Pork”

Sweet and Sour Pork Chops

I absolutely loved how these pork chops came out! They were full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The sauce gave the meat an extra something without overwhelming the meat. You should defiantly try this out! Continue reading “Sweet and Sour Pork Chops”

Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

These Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops have a delicious, cheesy crust that makes the tender meat even more amazing. This is a great weeknight recipe because it’s easy to put together and bakes up nice and quick! My favorite thing is that these are one of those recipes where you usually have most of the ingredients in your pantry already so this is great to keep in the back of your pocket for when needed!  Continue reading “Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops”
