Since Cinco de Mayo is this weekend, I decided I would try something new with my leftover avocados. I have never made my own guac before so I decided to give it a shot.
This is one of my husbands favorite recipes. I love stuffed peppers and my husband had just come home from a trip to Philly where the first thing he did was have a cheesesteak.
