Lemon Roasted Asparagus

I usually make Parmesan Roasted Asparagus and it always comes out perfect but asparagus is one of my husband’s favorite sides and when he came home from the store with a big batch of fresh asparagus and some lemons, I knew exactly what he was looking for. Lemon is a great summer fruit because it gives a freshness to everything and it goes perfectly with garlic so you know that this is a match. This is a great summer side for any meal.  Continue reading “Lemon Roasted Asparagus”
