I love how this Fried Eggplant Parmesan comes out. It takes a little bit more prep work but it really makes for a delicious meal. The breaded and fried eggplant really helps bring out the flavor and topped with some homemade marinara sauce (see here) and you are looking at heaven on a plate!

I love anything caprese! Something about the mix of tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and balsamic vinegar makes for a truly flavorful, amazing dish. This recipe came out perfect in that the vinegar added just the right amount of extra flavor and the chicken cooked up nice and even. I love recipes that are easy to throw together and this recipe for an Easy Pork Marinade is just that. This recipe has ingredients that I always have on hand so it’s a perfect last minute dinner solution. If you want to plan ahead and have your pork marinate even longer, you can also do that but this adds flavor no matter how long you let it sit. I love using wonton wrappers in a recipe, they always crisp up nice and crunchy. These Spinach and Cheese Wontons are the perfect appetizer recipe because the wontons get perfectly crunchy. I love pierogies. There is something about that mix of cheese and potatoes that just makes me happy. Now add some sweetened bacon into the mix and you are in taste bud heaven!
