Easy Pork Marinade

October 30, 2018 By: Skaalcomment

I love recipes that are easy to throw together and this recipe for an Easy Pork Marinade is just that. This recipe has ingredients that I always have on hand so it’s a perfect last minute dinner solution. If you want to plan ahead and have your pork marinate even longer, you can also do that but this adds flavor no matter how long you let it sit. It also gives a nice char to the chops so you can really enjoy this. I made this with my Roasted Red Potatoes and a side of green beans.

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

4 boneless pork chops

Instructions:

1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil.

2) Mix all ingredients together in a large sealable bag. Let chops marinate for 15-20 minutes while the oven heats up.

3) Place chops on baking sheet and reserve any leftover marinade some for extra basting if wanted. Bake for 10 minutes, baste, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

4) Place under the broiler for 3-4 minutes to caramelize the chops.
