Ragu Bolognese Lasagna

I had never tried lasagna like this before and I have no regrets about Ragu Bolognese Lasagna! The bolognese was cooked low and slow to make it super tender and the béchamel sauce instead of ricotta gave it a super rich flavor and texture. It was rich and incredible! Definitely one of those recipes that worth the time that you put into it. If you want your bolognese extra rich then also add in a cup of dry red wine! This Ragu Bolognese Lasagna will be a favorite in your house and much requested!  Continue reading “Ragu Bolognese Lasagna”

Sheet Pan Honey Balsamic Chicken and Veggies

I love sheet pan meals. They are easy to prep, delicious and super easy to clean up! This Sheet Pan Honey Balsamic Chicken and Veggies is an awesome weeknight meal. I love using balsamic, one of my most popular recipes (Caprese Stuffed Chicken with Balsamic Glaze) featured it as a star ingredient and was the most popular post of 2017. The balsamic vinegar (see here) gives everything this amazing flavor and you will love how it mixes with the honey and garlic for a delicious marinade. All you need to do is make a marinade, cut up some veggies and trim the fat off your chicken and your prep is pretty much done.  Continue reading “Sheet Pan Honey Balsamic Chicken and Veggies”

Easy Rice Pudding

We don’t do a ton of dessert around here only because we are usually pretty full from dinner but when my husband mentioned that it had been awhile since he had rice pudding, I knew I had to make him some. I played around with a few recipes but this one is called Easy Rice Pudding for a reason, because it was super easy and it came out the best. It was the perfect level of creamy and sweet. All of the ingredients blended together perfectly and you will love it. If you are on the fence about trying to make it yourself, then this is the best starter recipe. You can adjust the seasoning as you practice more but I got no complaints from my end! Continue reading “Easy Rice Pudding”

Bacon Broccoli Penne

I’m big on pasta recipes. The regular sauce is super easy but it can get old quick. I’ve made fun pasta mixes in the past, like my Spicy Kielbasa Pasta or my Skillet Tuna Penne and they always turn out delicious! This Bacon Broccoli Penne has a delicious cheese sauce and is full of flavor thanks to the bacon and broccoli included. This will be on the table in less than 30 minutes and you will love it!  Continue reading “Bacon Broccoli Penne”
