Easy Alfredo Sauce

Alfredo sauce is a classic. Who doesn’t drool over a big ole plate of fettuccine alfredo? This Easy Alfredo Sauce is quick to make and only requires a few ingredients so you don’t need to make a grocery run. I like using the skillet to make this as I think it cooks more evenly but you can absolutely use a saucepan also. The most important thing to remember is that your cooking temperature is very important in this. Butter has a high fat content and if the heat is too high, it will separate from the milk and looks very watery. Chicken Primavera Pasta

I am a big fan of rich, creamy sauces on my pasta and salads. Alfredo, ranch, blue cheese, caesar….I’m all about it. But sometimes you want something light and good for you. This recipe is loaded with healthy veggies and a light coating of cheese that doesn’t overpower the dish, you could even skip it completely if you wanted to.
