Beer Battered Fish Tacos with Avocado Jalapeño Sauce

Beer Battered Fish Tacos with Avocado Jalapeño Sauce-2

Growing on the shoreline of Connecticut meant a lot of things but one of my favorite things is having access to really great seafood! When I was a kid, I didn’t eat a lot of seafood but as I’ve grown I’ve learned to appreciate it more and more. Chicken with Garlic Butter Sauce

Chicken with Garlic Basil Sauce

You don’t have to use spaghetti with this, you can use your preferred go-to pasta but I thought the spaghetti was great. This is a perfect weeknight dinner! Now I could use the powdery packet stuff they sell but I think you should try to make as much as you can homemade. Now this gravy may just make me a gravy eater because it was amazing! This is a perfect addition to my Perfect Roast Turkey and Bacon Wrapped Turkey Rollups! Continue reading “Homemade Turkey Gravy”
