Garlic Parmesan Fries

Garlic Parmesan Fries

Lets be honest, who doesn’t love fries? They are pretty awesome but they aren’t always the best for you. These fries are seasoned and baked in the oven to give them a crispy texture and amazing flavor without the grease. I love making these because they are easy to prep and don’t need a lot of attention. Once they are in the oven, you are all done. A perfect side dish for burger night!

Ingredients:

3-4 Idaho potatoes

4 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons sea salt

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 tablespoon basil

1 tablespoon oregano

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2) Wash potatoes and slice into wedges. Put foil on a baking sheet and lightly coat with non-stick spray.

3) Put potatoes and olive oil in a bowl and toss to coat. Add spices and cheese to a bowl, mix well and add to potatoes. Toss again to coat completely.

4) Pour onto baking sheet, making a single line. Bake for 35 minutes until fork tender.

That’s it! For as easy as they are, they are packed with amazing flavor. These are defiantly a great substitute for fast food and taste much better.
