Skillet Nachos

Skillet Nachos

Now that we are knee deep into football season, there is always a need for easy to prep foods for watching the game and you can’t get much easier than these Skillet Nachos. It’s one pan and super easy to make! I used tomatoes and avocado as my toppings but you can use whatever you like, sour cream or guacamole would be awesome on top of this too. Also, if you are looking for a little more spice you can substitute the cheddar for some pepper jack instead!  Continue reading “Skillet Nachos”

This recipe is the perfect mix of tangy, sweet and spicy! We made these on one of our last warm weekends and they were perfect. The chicken cooked up with a nice char and the peppers and sauce added a ton of flavor. We really loved the way that these came out and had zero leftovers for this meal! These were cooked on medium low heat directly on the grill. If you use a grill pan on your stove, make sure you keep an eye on them so they don’t burn.  Continue reading “BBQ Bacon Chicken Kabobs”

Pineapple Baked Pork Chops

Pineapple Baked Pork Chops

Sadly summer is gone but you can still get some fun flavor with these Pineapple Baked Pork Chops. They cook quickly and taste amazing with the pineapple slices on top! This is a must try if you are trying to liven up your dinner from the same ole pork chops! I will say though that if you can’t eat pineapple hot from the oven, then just leave the slices off while baking and add them once they are out of the oven.  Continue reading “Pineapple Baked Pork Chops”

Steak and Pepper Stuffed Bread

Steak and Pepper Stuffed Bread

Stuffed bread is such a great meal idea because it’s so versatile and you can really put whatever your heart desires! This version is a spin off of a Philly cheesesteak but slightly different. I used a red pepper for a sweeter flavor and used mozzarella for a smoother flavor. This was a delicious mix of hearty and crunchy!  Continue reading “Steak and Pepper Stuffed Bread”

Crockpot Cheddar Meatloaf

We all have those nights. The ones where plans run late, traffic is insane and the weather is horrible. Then you need to run out again for your kids practice or lesson. The last thing you want to do is spend a lot of time cooking when all you want to do is put on some leggings and sit down. This is a great meal for one of those nights. Let your crockpot do the work. You throw this in and it’s ready to eat by the time you get home! Continue reading “Crockpot Cheddar Meatloaf”
