This recipe is the perfect mix of tangy, sweet and spicy! We made these on one of our last warm weekends and they were perfect. The chicken cooked up with a nice char and the peppers and sauce added a ton of flavor. We really loved the way that these came out and had zero leftovers for this meal! These were cooked on medium low heat directly on the grill. If you use a grill pan on your stove, make sure you keep an eye on them so they don’t burn.

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces

12 slices bacon, sliced into pieces

1 red bell pepper, chopped

1 yellow bell pepper, chopped

1 green bell pepper, chopped

1 cup BBQ Sauce ( I use this)
