Sometimes you just need a go-to chicken recipe. There are lots of recipes that ask for cooked chicken and this is the perfect way to cook it up ahead of time to have ready. This is also a great recipe to have for an easy dinner. This comes out cooked to perfection, moist and flavorful. This is easy and quick to make so it’s a perfect weeknight dish to throw together with some Roasted Green Beans or Roasted Red Potatoes. Even better, you can bake up a bunch of these and cut them up when they are done and keep them in the fridge to add to your salad for some easy protein!
Ingredients:
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2) Coat the bottom of baking dish with olive oil. Dredge chicken to coat both sides with the oil.
3) Sprinkle the bottom side of chicken with seasonings, flip and repeat.
4) Bake for 30 minutes until juices in chicken run clear. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before carving.
