Chicken Jalapeno Meatballs

August 29, 2016 By: Skaal3 Comments

Chicken Jalapeno Meatballs

Meatballs are a classic dish but they can get a little boring sometimes. That is not the case with these Chicken Jalapeño Meatballs! Full of amazing flavor and baked to perfection, all the ingredients come together perfectly to make an amazing dish. These are a great option for a party when you want something with a little kick to it!

Ingredients:

1 lb ground chicken

2 jalapeños, seeded and diced

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoon cilantro

1 egg

Salt and pepper

1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons onion, diced

1 clove garlic, chopped

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

I’ve been a huge fan of Stubb’s BBQ sauce and have been using that in my recipes lately. It gives great flavor and definitely adds a little something extra to your food. (Click here for more information)
