Sheet Pan Lemon Chicken and Veggies

We all love having easy dinners that take low prep time. This Sheet Pan Lemon Chicken and Veggies is a great mid-week meal because it’s quick. From prep to table takes about 45 minutes and a majority of that is baking time! The breading on the chicken tastes awesome thanks to the lemon juice! The chicken was perfectly cooked and the garlic butter that coats the veggies made them even better. Creamy Chicken Alfredo

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve loved Fettuccine Alfredo. The pasta noodles mixed with that decadent sauce is one of those cheat meals that makes the next days workout worth it! This Creamy Chicken Alfredo is extra treadmill time worthy. I’ve added the chicken to this for some extra protein and I also use whole milk instead of cream to cut down a little on the calories! It doesn’t change the sauce consistency, it’s still nice and creamy!  Continue reading “Creamy Chicken Alfredo”

Chicken Stuffing Bake

One of my husbands favorite things to eat is stuffing. He isn’t super picky but he’s always had a soft spot for the boxed Stove Top kind and he bought a whole bunch at BJ’s so it would last for awhile. One night I was going through the pantry and saw the bag and decided to try something new instead of the regular way. My husband got home from work, made himself a plate and immediately went for seconds! My favorite part of this recipe is that is already involves a lot of staples that people have in their home, which makes it an easy choice for a dinner, especially since the prep work is so low it barely feels like cooking.  Continue reading “Chicken Stuffing Bake”
