If there are two vegetables that I love and use frequently, it’s asparagus and zucchini. It was to the point where I just always had extra on me and needed to use it up. So this creation of Cajun Stuffed Chicken happened. I made it and was given complements about how delicious it was. The veggies mixed perfectly with the Cajun seasoning for an awesome mix of flavors. Primavera Chicken

As much as I create some decadent recipes, sometimes you have to even it out and eat healthy. I know that’s hard so that’s why I love this Primavera Chicken for many reasons, the biggest being that it’s really easy to make. It’s also a great meal during the week since it’s healthy and helps you get your protein and veggie quotas without keeping you trapped in a kitchen. It’s also seasoned well and topped with cheese to give it even more flavor! Grilled Turkey

Thanksgiving will be here before you know it and while a busy kitchen is fun it can get hot and overcrowded very quickly. One way to cut down and save the oven space is to put your grill to good use and make some Grilled Turkey! This recipe, courtesy of Napoleon Grills, is an easy and delicious way to make your Thanksgiving star nice and flavorful without hogging the oven or heating up the house all day!
