Baked Ravoli

Oh ravioli! Ravioli is such a delicious meal and this version is even better! These are breaded and baked which makes them crispy on the outside with the creamy, cheesy center nice and warm! This is a great option if you are looking for appetizer options for a party. If you are a person who keeps a bag of frozen ravioli in the freezer, you will love this recipe! This blows regular ravioli and sauce out of the water! The breadcrumbs make a fantastic crust that everyone will love! Make sure you have an awesome sauce to serve with it.

Ingredients:

1 package cheese ravioli, thawed

3 eggs

3 tablespoons water

1 cup flour

1.5 cups Italian Flavored breadcrumbs

Instructions:

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2) Pour the flour and breadcrumbs into two separate bowls and set aside. In a third bowl, whisk the eggs and water together.

3) Dip each ravioli into the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs, getting a good coating on each. Place on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with sauce.

Nice! I’ve never had ravioli like this before. Now I think I can eat a dozen of them! It’s a great way to jazz up froze ravioli too.

I like this healthy alternative to fried ravioli but with the same crunch and flavor! Pinned!
