These are one of my favorite sides to make! They are great to side with a meat dish as they can go into the oven while the meat is resting before carving.
I used to be really picky about seafood. Like I wouldn’t even eat it unless it was fried clams. Then I slowly started opening up to trying new things and now I’m getting better about trying different things. I tried this one night and my husband is a huge fan! These are perfect for a small Thanksgiving if you don’t want to cook a gigantic bird. You will need some cooking twine to make these which you can get at any cooking supply store for this but in a pinch you can use toothpicks. This is delicious and don’t forget the gravy!

This is a simple way to cook turkey cutlets that gives them a nice flavor with a light breading and makes a great weeknight dinner option. You can top it with some sauce for a delicious extra.

This is such a great side dish because it is easy and quick! It can go in the oven while you are finishing up the main course and serve them right out of the oven. Flavorful and delicious! I use fresh beans here but you can also used canned beans in a pinch.
