Who doesn’t love French Toast? It’s one of those breakfasts that I consider a weekend treat because you want to sit and enjoy it. Not worry about work or drop-offs or anything else. Who doesn’t love it? This is perfect for a lazy Valentine’s Day breakfast with your love! Surprise them with some French Toast in bed. What’s great about this is that you should already have most of these ingredients in your kitchen. Blueberry Banana Bread

Blueberry Banana Bread

I love banana bread, it’s such a perfect way to use up those old ripe bananas. This bread is simple but tastes delicious. When I made this, it was gone pretty quick. Everyone will love this! Please note that this recipe makes two loaves of bread so if you only want one loaf, cut the ingredient list in half. Also remember that the berries will be super juicy after baking so watch out if you eat it too fast! A hot blueberry can hurt!  Continue reading “Blueberry Banana Bread”

You can also use whatever vegetables that you like to throw on top!  Continue reading “Skillet Huevos Rancheros”

Prosciutto Wrapped Eggs

Prosciutto Wrapped Eggs

I got into these when I tried the Whole 30 diet. I got the idea from Nom Nom Paleo. Now I make my own version which isn’t Whole 30 friendly, but still delicious and a really great idea for a quick breakfast for busy weekday mornings. I would make a batch on the weekend and just grab two on my way out the door during the week. It made my mornings go much smoother. Not to mention, these are ridiculously delicious! This recipe will make 12 egg cups. Continue reading “Prosciutto Wrapped Eggs”
