1 lb chicken cutlets
5 strips of bacon
4 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a small bowl, whisk mustard, honey, garlic and lemon juice.
2) Wrap bacon around chicken and place into a baking dish.
3) Brush the bacon/chicken with the honey mix.
4) Bake for 15 minutes until bacon starts getting crispy. Turn chicken, brush remaining honey mix and return to oven. Bake another 15 minutes.
