Holy cow the sauce on this Honey Balsamic Pulled Pork is so delicious! It’s thick and syrupy and gives the pork so much flavor! If you are planning on impressing everyone but don’t want to spend a lot of time cooking, this recipe is perfect since the crockpot does most of the work, you just get to simmer an amazing sauce!
Ingredients:
3-4 pork chops
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoon salt
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1) Add the pork chops to slow cooker. Pour in water and add garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Stir, cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
2) Before removing pork, add the remaining ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a boil on medium heat.
3) Boil on medium for 15-20 minutes until cooked down, it should resemble syrup.
4) Remove pork and drain water. Shred pork and mix with the sauce. Serve immediately.
