I should start this by saying that I LOVE Texas Toast! I have no problem eating this by itself with a big bowl of marinara for dipping. This idea works out great because the sauce is in every bite already and it’s so yummy and easy!
Ingredients:
2 pieces of plain Texas Toast garlic bread
1/8 cup marinara sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
Optional: Pepperoni, bacon, olives or any other toppings
Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2) Place frozen toast slices onto foil covered baking sheet and spoon the tops with sauce making sure the sauce is spread all over. Top with cheese and and other toppings.
3) Bake for 10-13 minutes depending on how well done you want the toast. If you like well done crispy toast, then leave it the full time.
