This Creamy Mac and Cheese is legit! It’s exactly as described, totally creamy and decadent. This works great with elbow macaroni but if you have a box of another kind of pasta lying around, you can mix it up with that. I have a pretty well stocked spice cabinet and some get used way more than others. I had a bottle of Cajun seasoning from a recipe that I noticed was getting pretty lonely so I wanted to incorporate it into something delicious. That something was Cajun Chicken Pasta! I used the seasoning on the chicken and it was incredible! Full of flavor but not overpowering or too spicy! I do love me some Fettuccine Alfredo but I like to change it up and add some different ingredients. Three thing we almost always have is chicken, bacon and spinach so combining all three is just easy to do!
