I know it’s been awhile since I’ve posted. It’s been a crazy busy few weeks. But I’m back and you will start seeing regular posts again with tons of yummy new recipes.

Now that’s it’s officially spring, it’s time to start thinking about being outside again! One of the best things about getting warmer is having outdoor parties again and nothing makes a spread great like some pasta salad. Now you can do the tradition version but this BLT Pasta Salad has a little bit of everything that you will love! Bacon, tomato and a tangy sauce to cover everything in! BBQ Beef Brisket

BBQ Beef Brisket

It’s been a crazy busy last few weeks! I started a new job and this never ending winter has been sucking my energy levels. But I have been working on some new recipes. I got inspired by this great BBQ brisket recipe from A Family Feast (see here). I tweaked it slightly and made it one Saturday in the crock pot. It came out fantastic, so good in fact that I had to kick my husband out of the kitchen because he kept sneaking bites. I felt like the mom in “A Christmas Story” with the turkey. I learned two things: one, I will be making this again and two, I need to buy a bigger brisket because 2 pounds wasn’t enough!
