I love making asparagus as it is so easy to prepare and use for so much. I usually make Parmesan Roasted Asparagus and it always comes out perfect but asparagus is one of my husband’s favorite sides and when he came home from the store with a big batch of fresh asparagus and some lemons, I knew exactly what he was looking for.
