I love me some pulled pork! It’s super easy to make and you can do so many things with it. You can eat it alone or you can make some Pulled Pork Potato Skins or Pulled Pork Calzones! If you want something quick and need to use up your pork, this Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese is perfect. It’s easy, delicious and quick.

8 slices wheat bread
1 cup pulled pork (see recipe here)
1/4 cup mayo

2) Add a slice of cheese, a few spoonfuls of pork, and another slice of cheese.
3) Spread mayo on another slice of bread and top, mayo side out.
4) Cook until both sides are crispy and the cheese is melted. Serve with BBQ sauce as dipping sauce.
