This is a must try for any seafood fan or anyone you want to make a seafood fan! Prosciutto is one of those meats that gives everything an extra boost of flavor so you can imagine how delicious Prosciutto Wrapped Fish is. You can use really any fish for this as long as it’s a white, flaky kind. I used halibut but you can use tilapia.
Ingredients:
6 oz fish filet
4 slices Prosciutto
Pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
Ingredients:
1) Pat fish with paper towel and season both sides with pepper. Wrap prosciutto around each fillet.
2) Add olive oil to pan and heat to medium high.
3) Once hot, place fish into pan. Fry on both sides until prosciutto is crispy and fish is slightly cooked on both sides. The fish will continue to cook for a bit once removed from the pan.
4) Serve with your favorite sides. I recommend Roasted Red Potatoes and Parmesan Roasted Asparagus.
