This is one of those things you see online and you have to try. I saw this on Eat, Drink, Paleo and had to taste them myself. These were fresh with that salty goodness that gets your attention. These are also incredibly easy and quick to make so I would defiantly recommend them for your next party!
12 pieces asparagus, trimmed
6 prosciutto slices, cut in half
2 tablespoons butter
1) Begin wrapping the spears with the prosciutto so the middle of each spear is covered.
2) Heat the butter on high heat until melted and the pan is coated.
3) Fry the spears a few minutes on each side until brown and crispy.
