So I think we can all agree that kielbasa is pretty amazing. But anyway to improve it can’t hurt right? This recipe is very easy as it goes right into the crockpot and the end result is delicious! This is literally and slice and whisk recipe. You slice the kielbasa and whisk the sauce. Easy right? You can set this up and even just bring your crockpot with your for less issues.
This is a great potluck recipe, a wedding or baby shower and any other get together where it’s finger food/appetizer only. The glaze coats the kielbasa perfectly and gives it great flavor!
Ingredients:
2 lbs kielbasa
1 cup apricot preserves
1/2 cup dijon mustard
Instructions:
1) Cut kielbasa into coins and add to crockpot.
2) Combine preserves and mustard in bowl and whisk till smooth. Pour into crockpot and stir to combine.
3) Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2.
4) Serve immediately.
