Another perfect weeknight recipe! This cooks up quickly in the oven and the sauce makes this chicken smell as incredible as it tastes! You can serve this over any pasta that you want and you can toss any leftover sauce that you have with the pasta for an even more amazing meal! All you need is a side of salad and you are all set.
Ingredients:
1 boneless chicken breast
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 pinch red pepper flake
Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175C). Spray a baking dish with some cooking spray.
2) Season chicken with the red pepper flake and some salt and pepper. Set aside in the baking dish.
3) In a small saucepan, melt butter and add oil. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds. Mix in brown sugar until melted and well mixed. Pour mixture over chicken.
4) Bake for 30 minutes, until chicken reaches internal temp of 165 degrees. Serve over some buttered pasta or with a side of marinara.
