Steak is always a favorite around here but I wanted to switch it up. These are easy to make and come out nice and tender since they are made in the crockpot. A great thing to make when you don’t have a lot of time for prep. The sauce helps tenderize the meat very well and they taste great with some mashed potatoes.
Ingredients:
2 pounds Sirloin Tip Steak, cut it into 1 inch chunks
1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions:
1) Put beef chunks in bottom of crockpot. Cover with remaining ingredients and stir.
2) Cook for 4 hours on high.
3) Open, stir and cook on low for 30 more minutes. You can serve on top of some Perfect Mashed Potatoes!

Trying it in the morning for a birthday lunch for my son in law. I’ll let you know!
Hope you love it!
What can I use instead of the w. Sauce
Hi Jen, you can use A1 sauce or soy sauce if you have any as a substitute.
What would be the amount of time on low for this recipe?
Hi Robin, I would say 8 hours should be good.
I cut the recipe in half since I live alone. It worked perfect and the beef was so tender and delicious. No leftovers!
