Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing

December 9, 2016 By: Skaalcomment

Everyone needs a great, easy crockpot recipe for a busy day! This is full of flavor and very filling. Your whole family will love it as it has a little something for everyone. If you are like me and have a family member who loves stuffing any time of the day, they will love how much is in here. This also makes the chicken so far apart tender that all you need to do is scoop in and enjoy! The stuffing came out super moist but if you want to make it a little more dry, leave out the sour cream or only add a half cup.

Ingredients:

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and pepper

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1 box Stove Top Chicken stuffing mix

1 cup chicken stock

1 can green beans

1 cup baby carrots
