Chocolate covered strawberries are one of my favorite desserts but as much as I would love to, I can’t eat it all the time. This is the best of both worlds! Chocolate sweetness like a dessert but full of fruit so it’s healthy. My son kept sneaking over to grab sips of this before he finally asked for some of his own. This is also a great, healthy option for Valentines Day! All of the deliciousness, none of the guilt!
Ingredients:
1 large banana
4 large strawberries
1/4 cup milk of your choice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2-3 teaspoons cocoa powder
Handful of ice
Instructions:
1) Blend everything except cocoa powder together in blender.
2) Add cocoa powder and finish blending.
3) Optional: Add a handful of chocolate chips to top.
