Ever since I first saw an egg in a hole I knew I wanted to try it and I’m so happy that I did because I love them! It took some experimentation, but I found that the Egg in a Hole Bagel is the way to go. I love using bagels because I find it gives more to soak up the egg yolk with. I use plain bagels but you can use any kind that you like, this can work with an onion bagel to an everything bagel! You will not regret making this for yourself as it is perfect for breakfast or a late night snack! This recipe was one of those unintentional surprises! I was hungry and wanted to make avocado toast but wanted to make it special so I took a look at the ingredients I had and decided to fry up and egg and throw the feta on top. Then Avocado Toast with Fried Egg and Feta was born! It was incredible! The feta gave it an extra pop that made it very hard to just inhale this. I myself had an eventful year but I’m very happy with the growth of Domesticated Wild Child and this is the year that saw a big profit which I hope will continue into next year.
