Cajun Steak Bites

I made these Cajun Steak Bites as part of our Super Bowl menu and they not only smelled amazing, but they had that perfect hit of spice that will liven up your taste buds! These are perfect as either an appetizer or as a main course. 

Ingredients:

2 lbs steak, cut into 2 inch cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 cup butter

4 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (see here)

Instructions:

1) In a large bowl, combine the steak with the Cajun seasoning. Make sure everything is coated well.

2) Heat 2 tablespoons in skillet on medium high heat. Sear the bites on each side for 2-3 minutes until browned. Set aside.

3) Lower heat to medium and add butter to pan. Let melt and then add garlic. Cook until fragrant and then add the steak back into the pan. Remove from heat and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
