Cajun Mahi Mahi

When first starting to eat healthier, it’s sometimes hard to forget all the good things you are giving up when making food switches. If you are new to eating seafood, sometimes it’s hard to find a recipe that you can stomach. Especially if you are not an immediate fish fan. This Cajun Mahi Mahi smells great and tastes amazing! The seasoning really makes this a delicious way to eat healthier! You can make this even yummier by serving it with some Roasted Green Beans and 15 Minutes Sweet Potatoes! You will love how delicious this is and it will fuel your body right for your next workout! 

Ingredients: 

2-3 Mahi Mahi filets

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (see here)

Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

1) Heat large skillet on medium heat. Add oil to pan and let heat up.

2) Pat down fish filets and season with salt and pepper. Season one side with cajun seasoning, 1 tablespoon for each side.

3) Place filets, seasoning side down, into pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Add the remaining cajun seasoning to the exposed sides. Flip the fish. Cook for another 3-4 minutes. Transfer to plates and serve immediately.
