CAN THIS RECIPE BE PREPARED AS GIVEN…….BUT, INSTEAD OF OVEN….. GRILLED ON BBQ GRILL?
IF SO………. WHAT TEMP AND HOW LONG? THANKS, PATRICK
Hi Patrick! You can definitely put this on a grill. You can prepare as is. Place it on some heavy duty foil with a drip pan underneath. Cook on indirect medium heat for about 50 minutes. Once the inside reaches 165 degrees F, you are good. If you need to, you can place it on direct heat for a few minutes to crisp up the bacon.
