What I really like about the book is that she starts at the beginning and works her way to more advanced tips. She is knowledgeable on what equipment works best depending on what you are looking to do. Then she goes step by step on how to achieve your goal.

I guarantee by the time you put down this book, you will want to get in the kitchen and start making a masterpiece. Whether it’s a tractor cake or a hexagonal wedding cake with gum paste flowers, Janice will talk you through it so you will feel like you can handle it. I also learned a lot of new phrases that will help my baking game. She also includes how to cut certain size cakes so they always look even and even provides a timeline so you can start baking at just the right time!
