4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Who doesn’t love an easy cookie recipe? You know what happens when you get the craving and then you realize you need to dig out all the ingredients, if you have them, and you know this will take awhile. But these cookies are different. Not only are they easy to make and bake, they are also only four ingredients! Seriously. Just four, and they are all things they you have in your kitchen anyway so you can always get your cookie craving on! My favorite thing about this recipe is that they are perfect for drop cookies! Everyone wants an easy recipe and this one is it. Plus, to top it off, these are also gluten-free so you can enjoy with ease and not worry about any tummy troubles down the line making you pay the price for these bad boys! 

Ingredients: 

1 cup peanut butter, smooth

1 cup sugar

1 egg, beaten

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions: 

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper.

2) Using a hand or stand mixer, mix all the ingredients on low until well combined.

3) Drop the dough 1.5 inches apart on the cookie sheet.

4) Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden around the edges.

    1. Good question. Since it’s a binding agent in this, your best bet would be find a more natural sugar. Maybe coconut sugar. But most sugar replacements are liquidy so it would make these a big gloppy mess.
