This is such a great side dish because it is easy and quick! It can go in the oven while you are finishing up the main course and serve them right out of the oven. Flavorful and delicious! I use fresh beans here but you can also used canned beans in a pinch.

I recently got a bag of apples and needed something to do with them since I knew we wouldn’t eat all of them before they went bad so I decided to make some applesauce. I used some Connecticut grown Cortland apples which gave the sauce a very apple cider like taste, which was fantastic!
