I used to be really picky about seafood. Like I wouldn’t even eat it unless it was fried clams. Then I slowly started opening up to trying new things and now I’m getting better about trying different things. The only thing I will not eat is canned tuna, I do not like it at all but I saw a tuna steak on sale at the grocery store so I decided to try it and see if I like that. If you have never tried making your own sauce, I highly recommend it. It tastes so much better than store-bought and it’s healthier for you since it doesn’t contain so much sugar and additives. I call this “Sunday Sauce” because I usually make a huge batch on a Sunday afternoon when I have the time. Then we pressurize them in mason jars and stock them away for when needed. I tried this one night and my husband is a huge fan! These are perfect for a small Thanksgiving if you don’t want to cook a gigantic bird. You will need some cooking twine to make these which you can get at any cooking supply store for this but in a pinch you can use toothpicks. This is delicious and don’t forget the gravy!
