Skillet Sausage and Broccoli Pasta

I’m a huge fan of easy to put together meals with things you have around the house so this Skillet Sausage and Broccoli Pasta is a great option. I usually always have chicken broth, pasta and Parmesan on hand so when my husband picked up a bunch of sausage home I knew I had to find something tasty to do with it. If you like to buy your veggies in bulk and always have some frozen broccoli around, this recipe is perfect. This can also work with spinach if you have that on hand. This is easy to put together and a great weeknight meal for a group of hungry people. This also reheats well so it’s a good leftover option for next day lunches! Chicken Stuffing Bake

One of my husbands favorite things to eat is stuffing. He isn’t super picky but he’s always had a soft spot for the boxed Stove Top kind and he bought a whole bunch at BJ’s so it would last for awhile. One night I was going through the pantry and saw the bag and decided to try something new instead of the regular way. My husband got home from work, made himself a plate and immediately went for seconds! My favorite part of this recipe is that is already involves a lot of staples that people have in their home, which makes it an easy choice for a dinner, especially since the prep work is so low it barely feels like cooking.  Continue reading “Chicken Stuffing Bake”
