Taco Zucchini

I think it’s safe to say that I love tacos! Between my Taco Cupcakes to my Beer Battered Fish Tacos, it’s definitely something that is eaten regularly in this house. Jalapeno Popper Smothered Chicken

Jalapeño Popper Smothered Chicken

Jalapeños seem to be everywhere lately, and for good reason. They can be used for many things and poppers are the classic go-to dish for many. If you want to lessen the spice punch a little bit you can substitute the pepper jack cheese with some mozzarella or cheddar. This is easy to put together and the perfect dish for someone who loves a lot of spice in their life! I served this with a side of Roasted Red Potatoes!
