Maple Baked Bacon

Bacon is that food that if you love it, it’s very hard to screw up. I had a bunch of bacon that I wanted to do something fun with and once I saw that bottle of maple syrup, I knew I had found my answer. The syrup gives a nice coating to the bacon and it has an amazing sweet and salty mix that you will love at first bite. Not to mention it saves you time on cleanup and it saves really well so you can make a big batch and keep it on hand for when you need it. If you are looking for a good syrup, this is a great quality one.  Continue reading “Maple Baked Bacon”

Creamy Chicken and Rice Soup

This is the winter that will never end, well it seems like it in the northeast anyway. What I love about this soup is that it’s full of flavor and healthy ingredients. We have chicken, carrots, celery and smells amazing! The rice also thickens it up really nice to full your belly and keep you warm. This soup is perfect for any time of year if you are looking for something easy and delicious. This is also great if you have leftover rotisserie chicken that you need to use up.  Continue reading “Creamy Chicken and Rice Soup”

Tuscan Garlic Chicken Thighs

I love the combination of spinach and garlic! They are not only both super healthy for you but they also can make anything taste even better. These Tuscan Garlic Chicken Thighs are loaded with amazing flavor and are easy to make so it’s a perfect weeknight dinner for when you are super busy. I used boneless thighs for this recipe as I think it helped the chicken cook more thoroughly, but if you only have bone-in, just make sure they get cooked through before removing from the pan.  Continue reading “Tuscan Garlic Chicken Thighs”

That’s why I love these Crispy Chicken Thighs! They cook low at first to not dry out the meat and they come out super juicy on the inside with that awesome crispy skin that’s full of flavor!  Continue reading “Crispy Chicken Thighs”
