Everyone loves an easy chicken recipe! That’s why this BBQ Cheddar Chicken recipe is perfect because it’s packed with tons of flavor yet it’s still easy to put together. I used Sweet Baby Ray’s sauce because I love it, however if you have a brand of sauce that you really love or you want to add even more heat to this, then feel free to use your preferred brand. If you don’t have a basting brush, you should definitely invest because it makes adding sauce so much easier! I like this one here. French Onion Crispy Baked Chicken

How your New Year’s diet going? Are you getting tired of the same old recipes or don’t know how to change it up? Chicken is such a great source of protein but if you are like me, you want to experiment with it. Adding different ingredients together makes for many new options. Something new I tried for this was Greek Yogurt! It’s good for you and adds even more protein to the dish to really get your grams in for the day!
