This is a great low carb breakfast! I thought they would be nothing like regular pancakes but they are pretty similar. It’s also a great way to get some fruit and protein in the morning. Plus they are easier to mix up than normal Bisquick. [Read more…]
These Honey Garlic Baked Chicken Thighs have a great flavor and cook up so well in the oven. They involve marinating so you need to plan this one out ahead of time to make sure you have enough time to really get the marinade to seep into the meat. [Read more…]
Pulled pork is something that I enjoy making regularly. It’s tasty and versatile. I make this in my crock pot so this is good to make if you have a few hours to let the pork really cook and get tender. Some people like to slow cook this with soda but I prefer spices alone. This is the stand alone recipe I use, I make this and use it for my Pulled Pork Calzones and Pulled Pork Potato Skins. This recipe is very versatile. [Read more…]
I hope you all had a happy new year! The first post of 2014 is for a smoky homemade BBQ sauce. Delicious, easy and less messy that regular tacos, every time I show up at a party with these they are gone almost immediately and I always get someone asking for the recipe. You will need two cupcake pans for this. [Read more…]
Since Cinco de Mayo is this weekend, I decided I would try something new with my leftover avocados. I have never made my own guac before so I decided to give it a shot.
