These Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops have a delicious, cheesy crust that makes the tender meat even more amazing. This is a great weeknight recipe because it’s easy to put together and bakes up nice and quick! My favorite thing is that these are one of those recipes where you usually have most of the ingredients in your pantry already so this is great to keep in the back of your pocket for when needed!
4 boneless pork chops
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a pan with tin foil and place a rack on top.
2) In a large, shallow bowl combine Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
3) Rub the pork chops with the olive oil and dredge through the dry mix.
4) Place the chops on the pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
