Ricotta Baked Ziti

Ricotta Baked Ziti

Baked ziti is delicious! I love the mix of pasta, sauce and cheese baked to a nice, melty mix. I made my old version of this and the addition of ricotta makes this even more decadent and delicious. This is a great meal with a nice salad and some garlic bread. You can also make this ahead and just put it in the oven when ready, perfect for potlucks and new parents!  Continue reading “Ricotta Baked Ziti”

Layered Skillet Potatoes

I am a huge fan of easy things to make. If you are making a big main dish, you want your side to not be hugely time consuming. These Layered Skillet Potatoes hit all points. This dish is a huge hit! It’s very easy and flavorful. The first time I made it, I got complements right out the gate. The potatoes get a nice crisp to it and are packed with flavor! The garlic and herbs mix together for a big punch and the skillet makes for an easy prep and cook meal. This is a great recipe if you have extra potatoes and have no idea what to do with them!  Continue reading “Layered Skillet Potatoes”

Tuna Casserole

Tuna Casserole

I’ve been with my husband for awhile now and when we first moved in together he told me about one of his favorite dinners growing up was his mom’s tuna casserole. Once he told me that I had to contact my mother-in-law and get the recipe. I made it for his birthday that year and he was so happy to have this comfort food again that he stuffed himself! Now I keep this recipe on standby when I want to give him a little comfort food. His favorite way to eat this is with lots and lots of pepper so if you have a tuna fan in the house and need something easy to prep and quick to bake, this is your go to recipe!  Continue reading “Tuna Casserole”
