Believe it or not, summer is almost over. But that means fall is here and in New England that means many things. Crisp air, beautiful foliage and, for everybody, FOOTBALL! Football season is pretty big in this house so I always try to come up with awesome foods to eat during the game that will keep everyone happy and stuffed. Spinach and Tomato Tortellini
This dish is so delicious! The sauce comes out perfectly and mixes so well with the tortellini and it made my house smell fantastic! I could have eaten three plates of this is was so good, definitely something to try if you are looking for something different on pasta night. Taco Stuffed Avocados
I love tacos! They are just so yummy and there are so many ways you can switch them up. I also am completely obsessed with avocados so the idea to stuff my two favorites together was just too good. Baking them inside the avocados is like having a taco wrapped in it’s own guacamole! Delicious!
