Ever since I first saw an egg in a hole I knew I wanted to try it and I’m so happy that I did because I love them! It took some experimentation, but I found that the Egg in a Hole Bagel is the way to go. I love using bagels because I find it gives more to soak up the egg yolk with. I use plain bagels but you can use any kind that you like, this can work with an onion bagel to an everything bagel! Avocado Toast with Fried Egg and Feta

This recipe was one of those unintentional surprises! I was hungry and wanted to make avocado toast but wanted to make it special so I took a look at the ingredients I had and decided to fry up and egg and throw the feta on top. Who doesn’t love an easy cookie recipe? You know what happens when you get the craving and then you realize you need to dig out all the ingredients, if you have them, and you know this will take awhile. But these cookies are different. Homemade Sun Dried Tomatoes

Sun dried tomatoes are a heavy hitter in the summer. There are tons of recipes out for them right now and tons of ways to enjoy them. But sometimes you have trouble finding them or don’t want to spend the money on a jar at the store. The good news is you can make your own version at home! These come out delicious and I was able to get them to the exact dryness I wanted.
